This Introduction to Bag Making + Tote Bag 101 workshop is a great one day class for those who would like to start their journey into bag making. At this time, you are probably comfortable threading your machine and sewing straight lines and have probably sewn small projects such as drawstring pouches or unlined tote bags. You now want to level up and start making those totes which you see that have structure, shape and more design to it. So, you would now like to learn how to apply internal interfacing & batting to your projects. I will teach you how to safely and effectively use a rotary blade. This is an indispensable skill not only in bag making & crafting but quilting too. You will learn how you can cut faster and accurately with the rotary cutter and in turn, it will help you save time in your fabric preparations.
